Biography

Alexis Gonzales is an Elementary School Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Specialist. She has a Master’s Degree in Education and Human Development, and a Graduate Certificate in Engaging Linguistically and Culturally Diverse Learners.  Before this role, she was a classroom teacher. She has been in education for 8 years and has spent her entire time working in Title I schools with culturally and linguistically diverse populations of students. She believes that the social and emotional wellness of both students and educators is the foundation for all success!
