How Happy Teacher’s Courses Work

  1. Our online, asynchronous courses are offered every month, and you have until the 21st of each month to register. Courses must be completed by the end of the month.
  2. We sort our courses by semester length for accreditation, but that is not the time to complete. 1 semester credit = about 15 hours of work and 3 credits = 45 hours.
  3. To meet credit hour requirements, we pair lessons with practical assignments for teachers to integrate into their workday. These assignments count toward your hours.

Some of our teachers choose to take multiple 3-credit courses in a month to maximize their pay scale momentum, which is feasible given our consistent course format.
