Biography

Kathy Halloran was a middle school English teacher and a high school guidance counselor. Kathy developed a program for At-Risk students and established a student-mentor program. She has a Career Counselor endorsement, Grief Counseling certification, and was on the school crisis team. Kathy was also named to “Who’s Who in American Education.” She believes teachers have the capacity to change the lives of their students and really make a difference.
