In this 3 credit graduate-level course, students will grow your Google skills to get the most of the Google Education platform. This course will take you through the training to prepare you to become Google Level 1 Certified. We will review all Google tools for use in the classroom along with best practices.
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Incorporate technology in the classroom.
- Expand access to the help center.
- Achieve a (mostly) paperless classroom.
- Save time communicating.
- Organize activities for yourself and others.
- Arrange meetings online.
- Review student work online.
- Measure, understand, and share student growth.
- Teach students online skills.
- Build interactive lessons.
- Captivate your class with video.
- Facilitate group work.
- Promote digital citizenship and online behavior.
